Terms and Conditions for CatwalkToCloset.com
Welcome to the CatwalkToCloset.com website terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.CatwalkToCloset.com. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept our terms and conditions. If you do not, please do not use this website.
These terms and conditions may be revised or updated at any time. We would ask you to refer to the terms and conditions pages of this website occasionally to review their current status. By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
MAKING A PURCHASE
On ordering via our online checkout process we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
There are occasionally certain circumstances when we may have to refuse to accept an order: Where goods are not available; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; if there has been a pricing or product description error; if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
PRICING
We reserve the right to price similar items at varying prices subject to their source - i.e. Press samples may be priced lower than 'direct from designer' items.
We charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our shipping costs pricing structure.
PAYMENT
We accept most UK debit cards, MasterCard and Visa, as well as PayPal. Catwalk To Closet does not hold credit card details, the transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway Paypal. During the payment process the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. Should a card be refused, we cannot be liable for non-delivery or delay. If for any reason we cannot supply an item we will return payment immediately.
DELIVERY
All orders with cleared payment received by 12 noon GMT are sent that day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.)
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
Orders to the rest of the world are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-For (delivery in 5-10 working days approx.)
International, non EU deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. These taxes may mean your items are delayed whist held at customs and may not be refunded should you return your purchase.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if not, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition it left our dispatch including any tags, dust bags or boxes which came with the item. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described. Returns are not accepted for swimwear, lingerie or jewellery unless item is significantly not as described.
HOW TO RETURN
To receive confirmation that the return will be accepted you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any item returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Please follow these 3 steps:
1. Please contact us by emailing returns@CatwalkToCloset.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, giving your reason for return and stating the invoice number found on the invoice, confirmation or dispatch email.
2. Once confirmation has been given for a return, please put the RMA number on the outside of the package and on the original invoice to be enclosed in the package.
3. Goods should be sent by recorded post which is traceable online.
The return address is: Catwalk To Closet, Hailstone Barn, Cherington, Tetbury, Gloucestershire GL8 8SF.
CatwalkToCloset.com is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. Catwalk To Closet will not accept returns outside 7 days or items that have been worn or tags removed unless the item is faulty. These items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.
